| Frequently Asked Questions We are delighted to respond to all of our customer queries ; however we are mostly asked about our products, shipping and payment method . PRODUCTS : For all information on our range of products , pls refer to our Products Section . You might find all the required details on our product quality & specifications ; pls feel free to contact us for any further info that you might require . PRICING : For Inland sales , all are quotes are Ex-Warehouse and includes packaging . For overseas enquiries , we generally quote on FOB , Indian Port basis which include all costs up to consignment 's loading on board a marine vessel or an aircraft. Such costs at the port of loading as they occur on account of inland transportation, handling, documentation, customs & port clearance, etc. are therefore built in the FOB, prices mentioned by us. ORDERING : For all orders we require written purchase orders thru Email or Fax and specially for orders where a Computer Aided or Artistic Design component is there ; we require confirmed & authenticated drawings or sketches of the design , to be made in mosaics . The Minimum Order quantity for all tiles is 01 Carton and for Gold Mosaic , it is 01 Sheet . Regarding the project or bulk size orders , we may require to ship the quantities in mutually agreed parts . For a large variety of our tiles , we also invite OEM enquiries . PAYMENT : We require 100% payment credited to our Bank Account before the goods are delivered . For all overseas orders upto US$5000 , a wire transfer is preferable for the full amount . For larger orders , 50% of the cost is required thru transfer along with order confirmation and the balance may be accepted by Letter of Credit at Sight . This is subject to a mutual agreement , depending upon the nature of the order . For all Inland supplies , payment is accepted thru Demand Draft payable at Jaipur or deposit to our ICICI Bank Account . SAMPLES : We understand that before Ordering , you might always want to hold the tiles and feel the texture or match the shades . So , we make samples available FREE OF COST . We can ship a reasonable quantity of tile samples thru Couriers such as UPS/Fed-Ex to any destination . You are just required to bear the shipping cost , which we promise to reimburse in your very Ist Order with us . Along with your samples request , pls forward us your Courier Account No. or we can also arrange to charge the shipping cost to your Credit card . SHIPPING : We provide multi-options for shipping . The Buyer can opt for : a) AIR SHIPMENT (DOOR DELIVERY THROUGH COURIER, e.g. UPS-EXPRESS) - Recommended for shipments upto 100 Kg. b) AIR SHIPMENT (THROUGH COMMERCIAL AIRLINES) Port to Port Basis and c) MARINE SHIPMENT , after considering the cost , quantity & urgency of their requirements . Buyer may appoint his/her shipping agency to arrange shipment from Jaipur through the agency's counterpart located in India. Else we may engage our shipping agency for the work. Please note that our FOB prices are based on pre-shipment costs we may incur in case our shipping agency is engaged. Since shipping cost depends on many logistical inputs and varies greatly from place to place and time to time, it may not be possible to quote shipping costs here , we request you to contact us in case accurate shipment cost is needed at any given time . In order to do this , we will require to know the quantities ; your preferred mode of shipment , your destination port along with the zip code . For all inland sales , we provide services of all leading national carriers ; else the customer can forward us their preferred mode of transportation . DELIVERY SCHEDULES : Lead times before delivery largely depends upon the order quantity and the stock availability of the order items ; however Mosaic Tiles largely being a customised item we generally require 3-4 weeks , before the order is ready to be shipped . |
